Congress overrides Bush veto of water bill (National)
The Senate voted against Bush and for the $23 Billion water bill that will help clean up Florida Everglades and California Rivers.
Mukasey has been able to get his views on torture overlooked and confirmed as the next U.S. Attorney General with the votes passing 53-40.
